Global X-ray imaging medical device specialist Genoray (CEO Park Byung-wook) achieved its highest quarterly revenue to date, recording 34 billion KRW in consolidated revenue for the fourth quarter of 2025.

During the same period, operating profit turned to a surplus of 1.5 billion KRW. The results are seen as a sign that profitability improvement has gained momentum, bolstered by a series of large-scale government contract wins in Russia, Türkiye, and Lebanon in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Annual revenue reached 108 billion KRW, and net profit shifted from a loss of 2.54 billion KRW the previous year to a profit of 280 million KRW. This is interpreted as a

turning point where investment results are beginning to be reflected in performance.

In particular, global orders are expanding, including a new contract worth approximately 17 billion KRW signed in early 2026, raising expectations for future revenue visibility and the pace of earnings growth. Furthermore, with the upcoming

acquisition of CE certification, the company plans to rapidly expand the range of countries in which it participates in global tenders. A shareholder return policy will also be implemented. Genoray plans to pay a tax-free dividend of 150 KRW per share,

which represents a dividend yield of approximately 3.5%. By utilizing a capital reserve reduction method, the dividend is structured to be free of dividend income tax for individual shareholders. Along with the recovery in performance, the company

intends to continue its policy of enhancing shareholder value.

Meanwhile, Genoray will hold an investor relations (IR) meeting on February 24 to share the background of its recent earnings rebound, future business strategies, and shareholder return policies with investors.
