GENORAY (CEO Byung-wook Park), a specialist in X-ray diagnostic imaging equipment, and V-one Tech (CEO Sun-joong Kim), a leader in machine vision and inspection automation solutions, announced that they have signed a strategic treasury stock exchange agreement and are launching a strategic partnership to secure new growth engines by integrating their core technologies.

Through this collaboration, GENORAY aims to apply V-one Tech’s machine vision and AI-based image analysis algorithms to enhance medical image quality, while V-one Tech plans to expand the application of GENORAY’s X-ray-based image acquisition and processing technology into industrial machine vision, creating synergy by combining their respective core competencies.

V-one Tech is a leading domestic company that provides high-precision inspection and quality analysis technology across various industries, including secondary batteries, semiconductors, automotive electronics, displays, and precision components, based on its machine vision-based inspection automation solutions and AI algorithms.

GENORAY plans to integrate V-one Tech’s AI-based image analysis, noise reduction, and automatic object detection technologies into its medical imaging equipment to drive innovation in medical image quality, such as reducing noise, improving image clarity, and enhancing diagnostic accuracy.

A GENORAY representative stated, "This collaboration marks a significant turning point in accelerating qualitative innovation for medical imaging equipment," adding, "By applying AI technology, we will provide more accurate and reliable imaging solutions to medical professionals worldwide."

Meanwhile, GENORAY recently successfully developed Aiel, a proprietary imaging technology dedicated to CBCT, securing a competitive edge in delivering high-quality images even at low radiation doses. The company is also continuously strengthening its AI-based image enhancement capabilities through a strategic partnership with the AI content solution firm 4by4. Furthermore, the strategic stock exchange with V-one Tech is expected to be an innovative turning point that elevates GENORAY’s AI medical imaging competitiveness to the next level, while also enhancing shareholder value by establishing a foundation for long-term cooperation through mutual equity holdings.
