"A Choice Backed by 150 Years of Experience"... SHIMADZU and GENORAY Sign Global Partnership Supply Agreement

GENORAY (CEO Byung-wook Park), a company specializing in X-ray imaging diagnostic medical devices, announced that it has signed a large-scale ODM agreement to supply Mobile C-Arms to the Japanese precision instrument manufacturer SHIMADZU Corporation. Through this agreement, GENORAY has secured a foundation for product sales and revenue generation through SHIMADZU's global network starting in the third quarter of 2026.

SHIMADZU is a global precision instrument company that successfully performed Japan's first X-ray imaging in 1896. It currently employs over 14,000 people worldwide, generates more than 5 trillion KRW in annual revenue, with over 50% of its sales coming from overseas, and maintains a sales network in more than 100 countries. Known as a "master of X-ray technology" in the industry, it is backed by manufacturing expertise and quality verification systems accumulated in the fields of medical imaging and analytical equipment.

GENORAY is also a specialized company that has focused on the X-ray imaging diagnostic medical device sector for 25 years, supplying products to over 80 countries worldwide. In particular, the Mobile C-Arm is one of GENORAY's core product lines and has established itself as a flagship item driving the expansion of overseas sales. Having pursued product registration and market-specific entry procedures in parallel since obtaining CE MDR certification, the company explains that this ODM agreement with SHIMADZU marks a transition from simple technical cooperation to a state of readiness for actual sales.

A GENORAY representative stated, "This agreement is significant in that it recognizes the technological prowess and quality competitiveness of our Mobile C-Arms in the global market, and secures a foundation for tangible revenue generation based on our MDR certification and sales preparations," adding, "We plan to accelerate our overseas sales, starting with distribution through SHIMADZU's global network."
