Global X-ray imaging medical device specialist Genoray (CEO Park Byung-wook) announced that it hosted a special lecture for all employees at Lotte Cinema World Tower in Seoul to mark its 25th anniversary, featuring Song Gil-young, author of "Era Forecast," as part of its commitment to driving organizational culture innovation and strengthening employee capabilities for the AI era. Genoray has grown into a leading mid-sized enterprise, holding the number one market share in the domestic C-Arm sector and establishing a global business structure where approximately 75% of its revenue is generated overseas.

This lecture aligns with the AI-focused initiatives Genoray has pursued over the past two years. Following its strategic partnership with V1Tech last year to accelerate AI-based technological competitiveness and business expansion, Genoray introduced its proprietary imaging technology, Aiel, and recently established the AX (AI Transformation) Award, extending the reach of AI and digital technology not only to product competitiveness but also to a culture of operational innovation.

Building on its accumulated technical expertise and business capabilities, Genoray has fostered AI as a core pillar for enhancing product competitiveness. This special lecture was organized as an opportunity to extend this momentum to the company's organizational management and employee development methods. It is particularly significant as this year, marking the 25th anniversary, serves as a turning point for Genoray to prepare for its next leap forward, building on its rapid growth as a mid-sized enterprise. The company plans to use this lecture as a catalyst to internalize AI as a key element driving competitiveness and operational innovation across the entire organization.

A Genoray representative stated, "We have recently been cultivating AI as a vital pillar for strengthening our product and technical competitiveness, and we are now extending that momentum to our organizational culture and employee development," adding, "We hope this special lecture will serve as a stepping stone in preparing for the next 25 years."
