Global X-ray diagnostic equipment manufacturer GENORAY (CEO Park Byung-wook) announced on the 12th that it has been named one of the "Top Job-Creating Companies in Korea" by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and received a Presidential Award.

The Ministry of Employment and Labor selects 100 companies each year that have contributed to creating excellent work cultures and jobs. GENORAY received high marks for its growth in workforce size, improvements to the work environment, strengthening of job competencies, and implementation of work-life balance initiatives.

Celebrating its 25th anniversary, GENORAY has expanded various welfare programs, including flexible working hours, health checkup support, diverse incentive systems, support for company clubs, and condo accommodation benefits. In terms of recruitment and training, the company is focused on creating jobs for young people and enhancing employee capabilities through the expansion of special recruitment systems, industry-academic partnerships, advanced on-the-job training (OJD), and internal and external professional development programs.

Since its establishment in 2001, GENORAY has achieved the number one market share in the domestic C-arm sector for diagnostic imaging equipment. The company continues to grow as a global healthcare firm by consistently meeting annual revenue targets and increasing its export volume. In addition to this award, the company has been recognized for its business potential and organizational structure through achievements such as receiving the Bronze Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit and a Presidential Commendation on Trade Day, being certified as a "Leading Innovative Medical Device Company" by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and being selected for the 2025 Jump-Up Program.

A GENORAY representative stated, "This award allows us to showcase our healthy corporate culture," adding, "We will continue to strive for the betterment of our employees' lives and the practice of corporate ethics, ensuring we live up to our reputation as a great place to work."
