Global medical imaging equipment manufacturer Genoray (CEO Park Byung-wook) announced on the 27th that it has been selected for the 2025 Jump-Up Program hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS).
The Jump-Up Program aims to support the scale-up of mid-sized enterprises into larger corporations by facilitating their entry into new businesses and markets. Genoray was selected as a promising company for its remarkable achievements in both developed and developing nations,
and for its strategy to solidify its position as a leader in exports, spearheaded by the launch of the BELLIGER ACE.
The program, which drew intense interest and competition from 620 companies, targeted mid-sized enterprises with over seven years of operation. Selection was based on a rigorous evaluation of technical merit, business viability, management capability, and growth potential.
Genoray announced its plan to expand its global C-arm market share beyond the domestic market, centered around its new product, the BELLIGER ACE. Even before its official launch, the product has seen
a surge in demo requests at the medical equipment exhibition KIMES 2025. The BELLIGER ACE is already leading a new paradigm shift in the domestic market from I.I. to FPD (Flat Panel Detector), and internationally,
it is poised to dominate the global C-arm market with its competitive pricing and innovative one-body design that integrates the monitor cart. Having been recognized for the feasibility and realism of its market entry strategy,
Genoray will receive comprehensive support in technology and business development, including networking, open vouchers, directing, and policy alignment, to help it secure a leading market position.
Furthermore, Genoray has been making its mark on the global stage, notably receiving the Bronze Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit on Trade Day in December 2024 for its contribution to replacing foreign equipment with domestic alternatives. In January of the same year, the Ministry of Health and Welfare
extended its certification of Genoray as a Leading Innovative Enterprise, reaffirming that the core of its success lies in its internalized proprietary technology and R&D capabilities. With the support of the Jump-Up Program,
Genoray plans to meet the demand for the BELLIGER ACE at its new factory, which has quadrupled its production capacity, and further establish its status as a premier global C-arm company.
